Returns Policy

Limited Edition Prints & Open Edition prints

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to notify me of your intend to return your print. You will have a further 14 days to return the print. If after 14 days I have not received your print it will be assumed that you are happy with your purchase, wish the keep your print and no refund will be given. In certain circumstances I will offer and exchange or credit note, such as if you purchased the piece as a gift but the person you intended the gift for already has that piece for example.

Please note: Some allowances  may be made in the case of international collectors to allow for the longer delivery times.

Returning your print…

All prints must be returned in their original packaging and remain un-marked in anyway(including finger prints or creases or nicks to the corners or edges)so that they are fit for resale. If a print does not arrive back in perfect condition you will not be refunded. You may receive a partial refund depending on the situation but that is at the sole discretion of the artist.

If your print arrives back in perfect condition just as it was sent out to you then you will of course receive a full refund of the purchase price minus the cost incurred by me to ship the print to you.

If your returned print arrives here damaged in transit no refund will be given and it will remain  your responsibility to claim form the carrier you chose to use  just as is the case when receiving a print from me. It is therefore highly advisable that you send the print back using a signed for service with a reliable courier or postal service and consider insuring the print for its full value just in case.

If your print arrives to you damaged…

All prints and artwork are packaged by myself wearing gloves to protect the piece form fingerprints or marks. They are then placed in suitable protective packaging ready for shipping. In the highly unlikely event  your print arrives to you damaged you must contact me immediately upon receipt(same day)and photograph any damage to the packaging and the print itself. You will then be required to return the print to me. Upon receipt of the damaged print  I will reimburse your postage costs incurred returning the print to me and will immediately ship a replacement out to you at no cost no matter where in the world you you require the print sending.


Original Art

Artist’s collection pieces…

All original art is packaged to a high standard by myself and sent via an insured, tracked and signed for service. If for some reason you do not wish to keep the piece you have 14 days from the date of purchase to notify me of your intent to return your piece of original art.You will have a further 14 days to return the piece and receive a full refund of the purchase price minus the cost of shipping the work to you in the initial sale.  If after 14 days I have not received the art then it will be assumed that you are happy with your purchase, wish the keep your piece of original art  and no refund will be given.

Please note: Some allowances  may be made in the case of international collectors to allow for the longer delivery times though this will need to be agreed when discussing/notifying of your intent to return your piece of original art.

If your original art arrives damaged…

All artwork is packaged by myself wearing gloves to protect the piece form fingerprints or marks to the surface of the piece. They are then placed in suitable protective packaging ready for shipping. In the highly unlikely event that your original  piece of art arrives to you damaged you must contact me immediately upon receipt(same day)and photograph any damage to the packaging and the painting itself. You will then be required to return the art to me in its original packaging. Upon receipt of the damaged piece I will reimburse your postage costs incurred returning the art to me. You will then have a choice of another piece of the same image being created for you or a full refund of the purchase amount, whichever you prefer. If you choose for another  piece to be created for you this will be sent out to you at no cost no matter where in the world you you require the art sending.

Please note: I cannot be held responsible for any smudging or marring of the pastel painting or acrylic surface due to careless unpacking or accidents which happen while you have the painting. In the FAQ’S section of this site you will find a detailed information guide to caring for pastel or acrylic paintings.


Private commissioned original artwork…

Due to the nature of  privately commissioned artwork you will not be eligible for a refund of any kind should you change your mind.


If your private commission arrives damaged…

All artwork is packaged by myself wearing gloves to protect the piece form fingerprints or marks to the surface of the piece. They are then placed in suitable protective packaging ready for shipping. In the highly unlikely event that your commissioned piece arrives to you damaged you must contact me immediately upon receipt(same day)and photograph any damage to the packaging and the painting itself. You will then be required to return the art to me in its original packaging. Upon receipt of the damaged piece I will reimburse your postage costs incurred returning the art to me and will immediately set to work doing another  piece for you which will be sent out to you at no cost no matter where in the world you you require the print sending.
